    Capstone Communities is a Cambridge, Massachusetts based developer and manager of mixed income, affordable, and historic apartment communities. Capstone seeks development opportunities of apartment communities that contain 50 units and under that are:
    • Located in Gateway Cities as defined by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
    • Transit oriented and provide opportunities for historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse in urban areas
    • Expiring use affordable housing that can be preserved as affordable
    • Existing apartment communities with the potential for some of the homes to be converted to affordable housing
