At Capstone Communities LLC (also referred to as “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”) we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (the “Policy”). This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide through our interactions with you and through our services, products and programs – including our websites and digital platforms and emails, text messages and website-related electronic communications (each a “Service,” and collectively, the “Services”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

By using any of the Services, you consent to the terms of this Policy.

Also support materials and/or privacy settings for your device’s operating system provides instructions on how to prevent the delivery of interest-based in-application advertisements.

5. Not Intended for Children

Our website not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or through the Website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on this website or through any of its features, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address or contact information used by the Company to promote our products or services, you can opt-out by sending us an email stating your request to info@capstonecommunities.com subject line “Opt Out.” If we have sent you a promotional email, you may send us a return email asking to be omitted from future email distributions with the subject line “Opt Out.” This opt out does not apply to information provided as a result of a contract, product purchase, product service experience or other transaction.

Targeted Advertising. We do not control third parties’ collection or use of your information to serve targeted or interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. You can opt out of receiving targeted advertisements from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”) on the NAI’s website.

All electronic payment transactions are encrypted. The safety and security of your information also depends on you.
